Biltmore Colony is a collection of 133 mid-century modern style condominiums. Situated on an 11 acre site that was once the Biltmore Hotel, legendary to the Hollywood elite in its heyday, the condos range in size from 768 sf to over 1,400 sf, and each have a one or two car direct access, attached garage. Each of the 16 buildings contain seven or ten condos. Each unit has a large private patio or deck, capitalizing on stunning mountain views and an outdoor lifestyle. Quartzite stone and horizontal roof planes define the building elevations, interpreting what mid century modern means today. Stainless appliances, Caesarstone slab counters, wood cabinetry, mosaic tile baths, Kohler fixtures and other luxury finishes are standard.

The project boasts resort like amenities. The clubhouse, an homage to the old Biltmore Hotel, incorporates curving glass walls, furnished pool cabanas, terrazzo floors, and signage identical to that used on the old hotel. The clubhouse has a spacious entertainment area that feels more like a trendy night club with a bar, an oval glass-walled conversation pit, plasma TVs, and mid century modern furniture. The clubhouse also has a state-of-the-art Business Center complete with computers, fax and copy machines. The cabañas which surround the pool have misters, Wi-Fi internet access, speakers with volume controls, gas heaters, furniture by Modernica, ceiling fans, and mood lighting. The pool and spa have stunning mountain and sunset views. The fitness center is equipped with Life Fitness cardio machines, single station resistance pieces, as well as two plasma TVs. There are two additional pools and spas in the community, each with its own unique setting. The property also has fire pits, and “places” set amidst the dramatic desert landscape where one can read, just relax, or spend an evening with friends.
