Biography of Tony Ditteaux

Vice President of GLJ Partners

Mr. Ditteaux began his career in the construction business after graduating with an Architecture degree from Virginia Tech in 1992.

He was recruited by Performance Contracting in Philadelphia where he worked as an Estimator and Project Manager on commercial, industrial, and high tech projects.

In 1998, he joined Pacific Gulf Properties in Newport Beach, CA. He managed the development and construction of 845,000 square feet of office and industrial properties valued at $58 million dollars. He also managed capital improvements for the 15 million square foot portfolio of properties throughout California.

In 2001, FountainGlen Properties was created by Pacific Gulf to exclusivly develop and build senior apartment communities. At FountainGlen, Mr. Ditteaux managed development and construction of over 1000 apartment units.

Mr. Ditteaux joined GLJ Partners (formerly Nexus Residential Communities) in October 2003 as Vice President of Construction and is responsible for design development, proforma construction budgets, and all day-to-day construction efforts. Mr. Ditteaux also oversaw Nexus Builders which was created to construct the company’s new projects.

Mr. Ditteaux is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Green Building Initiative, the U.S. Green Building Council, the California Building Industry Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. He also has a California Contractors License (906444) and a California Real Estate Salesperson License (01819602).
