We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join us in our Carlsbad, CA office. Ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, maintaining databases, reports, spreadsheets and providing additional support as needed.
- Answer multi-line phone system, screen and route incoming calls to appropriate offices and taking messages
- Scheduling meetings
- Opening, sorting, and distributing mail
- Maintain supplies in copy/supply room
- Manage office operations and equipment
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Seek out and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or apparent
- Create and maintain effective file system
- Handle special projects as needed
Do you have these qualifications?
- Minimum one year of experience in administrative support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook (PowerPoint a plus)
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Ability to multi-task projects
- Must be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong interest in being part of a team effort
- Previous experience in real estate a plus
